Shengliang Cai¶
Shengliang Cai received his bachelor's degree from the School of Computer Engineering and Science Shanghai University and his master's degree from the School of Computer Science and Technology East China Normal University. Representing Shanghai University, from 2016 to 2020, Shengliang participated in the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC).
He has been responsible for the technical support of ICPC regional contests many times, including Shanghai (2019), Nanjing (2023), Hefei (2023), Shenyang (2023), Jinan (2023), and East-Continent Finals (2022, 2023).
Jingbang Chen¶
Jingbang Chen is a Research Assistant Professor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Shenzhen Loop Area Institute. He received his Ph.D degree from the University of Waterloo. In addition, he received his bachelor degree from Persuit Science Class, Chu Kochen Honors College, Zhejiang University and his master degree from College of Computing, Georgia Institute of Technology.
Representing Zhejiang University and Georgia Tech, from 2017 to 2024, Jingbang participated in the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) and has won two champions in the regional contest. He has participated in the 42nd and 46th ICPC World Finals and ranked 13th place in the 46th.
Since 2018, Jingbang has been in charge of the problem setting and judging for many Asia ICPC regionals, including Nanjing(2020-2024), Macau(2020,2022), Jinan(2023) and Hangzhou(2024).
Yuhao Du¶
Yuhao Du received his bachelor degree from Yao Class, Institute for Interdisciplinary Sciences, Tsinghua University. In high school, he represented China in the 27th International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) and won a gold medal. Representing Tsinghua University, from 2015 to 2018, Yuhao participated in the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) and has won 8 champions in the regional contest, including 4 champions of the East-Continent Finals.
He has won Topcoder Open 2017 Champion, AtCoder World Tour Final 2017 Champion. Since 2019, Yuhao has been in charge of the problem setting and judging for the ICPC East-Continent Finals.
Longao Dai¶
Longao Dai received his bachelor's and master's degrees from the College of Computer Science and Technology, Zhejiang University. He currently works at Hangzhou PAT Education Technology Co., Ltd.
Since his university years, he has actively engaged in programming contest-related work. He served as an assistant coach for the Zhejiang University programming contest team (2014–2018) and was responsible for designing problem sets for several major programming competitions. He also contributed to technical support at various regional contests. He is also an active pioneer in the live streaming of programming contests, having been involved in the live streaming operations of multiple major contests for several years.
In addition, he is the founder of the SUA Programming Contest Problem-Setting Team and one of the developers of the PTA and OMS systems.
Hongnan Feng¶
Feng Hongnan has been involved in the organization and execution of several major programming competitions, including the Zhejiang Provincial Collegiate Programming Contest (2023–2025), the 48th–49th ICPC International Collegiate Programming Contest Hangzhou Station, and the 2nd Universal Cup Finals.
In these roles, he was responsible for coordinating event operations and designing promotional materials, such as creating the main visual identity, customizing visuals for medals and participant kits, and ensuring integrated brand representation.
Yixiong Gao¶
Yixiong Gao is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science at City University of Hong Kong. He previously earned his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Hangzhou Dianzi University.
Representing Hangzhou Dianzi University and City University of Hong Kong, from 2020 to 2025, Yixiong actively participated in ICPC and CCPC, and has won eight regional gold medals.
Since 2022, Yixiong has also contributed to competitive programming as a problem setter and judge for numerous official contests, including the ICPC Asia East Online Contests (2023,2024), the CCPC Women's Division (2025), as well as several provincial and training camp contests.
Lingyu Jiang¶
Lingyu Jiang is an undergraduate student in Turing Class, School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science, Peking University. In high school, he has won two gold medals in the 36th and 37th National Olympiad of Informatics (NOI). Representing Peking University, since 2022, Lingyu has participated in the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) and has won 5 champions in the regional contests, including 2 champions of the East-Continent Finals.
In the 46th ICPC World Finals, he has won the world champion, which is the first ever in Peking University's history. Lingyu has also won AtCoder World Tour Final 2023 Champion.
Bartosz Kostka¶
Bartosz Kostka is a software developer at Google Waterloo, where he was also a member of the Google Coding Competitions team, primarily working on Google Kick Start.
He serves as the Vice President of the Polish Junior Olympiad in Informatics and is part of the organizational committee for Algorithmic Engagements, the largest open programming competition in Poland. Additionally, he is a member of the International Scientific Committee of the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI).
Bartosz is an international grandmaster and a top contributor on Codeforces.
Yaowei Lyu¶
Yaowei Lyu received his bachelor degree from Persuit Science Class, Chu Kochen Honors College, Zhejiang University. Representing Zhejiang University, from 2018 to 2024, Yaowei participated in the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC). He participated in the 46th ICPC World Finals and ranked 26th place.
Yuying Ni¶
Yuying Ni has been involved in the operational work of multiple programming contests, taking on significant roles in high-level events such as the Zhejiang Provincial Collegiate Programming Contest (2023-2025), the 48th and 49th ICPC International Collegiate Programming Contest Hangzhou Station, and the 2nd Universal Cup Finals. In these capacities, she was responsible for the selection and customization of event publicity materials, choosing items aligned with the competition’s positioning and brand image, including medals and participant supplies. Additionally, she assisted in financial management activities, participating in expense review and cost control.
HaoJun Pan¶
Haojun Pan has been responsible for the technical support of programming contests many times, including ICPC Kunming (2024 Invitational, 2024 Regional), ICPC Shanghai (2024), ICPC Nanjing (2024), ICPC East-Continent Finals (2022, 2023), ICPC Hefei (2023), Shanghai Collegiate Programming Contest (2023, 2024). Additionally, as the technical director for the challenge, he has contributed to the successful execution of multiple challenge events. Beyond this, he serves as a core developer for Hydro OJ, which is currently adopted by over a thousand schools and institutions.
Lyuzhi Pan¶
Lyuzhi Pan has been responsible for the technical aspects of many programming contests, including The 2nd Universal Cup Semifinal, ICPC Hangzhou(48th, 49th), and Zhejiang Provincial Programming Contest(2023, 2024, 2025).
In addition, he oversees the XCPCIO project, which provided public leaderboard for over 45 programming contests throughout 2024.
Qingyu Shi¶
Qingyu Shi has won a gold medal in the 39th National Olympiad of Informatics (NOI).
In 2023, Qingyu has been in charge of the problem setting and judging for many Asia ICPC regionals, including Nanjing, Jinan and East-Continent Finals.
He has also been in charged of many Olympiad of Informatics events for many countries such as China, Egypt, Saudi Arabic, Syria, including national competitions and national team trainings.
He found the famous online judge system QOJ.
Jie Tan¶
Jie Tan studied at Hangzhou Normal University for her undergraduate degree, and is currently pursuing a full-time MBA in English Business Administration at Zhejiang University. In 2019, Jie won the silver medal in the CCPC (WFinal). In 2020-2025, she participated in organizing the 17th-22nd Zhejiang Provincial Collegiate Programming Contest, the 47th-49th ICPC Regional(Hangzhou) and the 2025 Universal Cup Finals.
Junyao Wang¶
Junyao Wang completed his undergraduate studies in Computer Science at Hongyi Honor College, Wuhan University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Computing at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
He has won a Bronze Medal (ranking 1st among bronze winners) at the 35th National Olympiad in Informatics (NOI 2019), a Gold Medal in an ICPC Regional Contest, the championship in the CCPC Hubei Provincial Contest and the CCF Outstanding Student Award in 2023.
He led the organization of the 50th ICPC Wuhan Regional Contest, the 49th ICPC Hong Kong Regional Contest, and the ICPC Wuhan Invitational in 2024, taking primary responsibility for event coordination and material design. He also contributed to the organization of the CCPC Hubei Provincial Contests in 2022 and 2023.
In addition, he has served as the primary commentator and rank-roll presenter for the ICPC Wuhan and Hong Kong(in English) Regionals, CCPC Shenzhen and Zhengzhou Contests.
Nick Wu¶
Nick Wu started his competitive programming journey in 2007 with USACO. He competed in the ICPC World Finals in 2012 (14th place, also earning the UPE First Solution Award) and 2013 (26th) and GCJ World Finals in 2019 (22nd). As a staff member for ICPC, he is an analyst for World Finals since 2021, a judge for the North America Championship since 2021, and a judge for the Pacific Northwest Regional since 2014. He has also been a problemsetter for USACO since 2014.
Liangzheng Yang¶
Liangzheng Yang received his bachelor's degree from the College of Software, Jilin University. Representing Jilin University, from 2018 to 2019, he participated in the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC). He has been responsible for the technical support of provincial and regional contests multiple times, including Harbin CPC (2019-2021), ICPC Shanghai (2019), ICPC Shenyang (2020).
Yaohui Zeng¶
Yaohui Zeng received his bachelor degree in Beijing Normal University. Representing Beijing Normal University, from 2015 to 2018, he participated in the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) and won a champion in the regional contest. He has participated in the 41st and 42nd ICPC World Finals and ranked 31st place in the 42nd.
Since 2018, Yaohui has participated in of the problem setting and judging for many Asia ICPC regionals, including Shenyang(2018,2020-2023), Xuzhou(2018), Jiaozuo(2018), Nanjing(2018-2019,2021-2022), Jinan(2023).
