The 3rd Universal Cup Finals: Invitation Process & Information Collection

We have distributed information collection forms to qualified teams via email and internal messaging at contest.ucup.ac. The form covers the following key areas:

  1. Requirements and terms for participating in the Universal Cup Finals.
  2. Confirmation of team roster.
  3. Confirmation of availability for all Universal Cup Finals activities.
  4. Visa invitation letter requirements for travel to China.

Important Note: Per contest rules, teams are expected to participate in the Finals with their original roster. Any requests for member substitutions or explanations regarding inability to attend specific activities must be submitted via the form. We will review these requests on a case-by-case basis.

Regarding Waitlisted Teams:

For teams that have applied for 'contributor slots' or performed near the qualification cutoff in the Semifinals: Please note that additional time is required to process replacements should any qualified teams withdraw. We will contact you directly if a spot becomes available. A formal announcement with the complete list of finalists will be published once the qualification process is finalized.
